Actual dyed-in-the-wool socialists and communists, the Black Panther motherfuckers who will take to the streets strapped, have been going on and on about flimsy white leftists for decades. I made a topic on this subject years ago based upon this essay by a Panther called The Progressive Plantation. One can also find musings about the internal contradictions within "allies" who belong to oppressive groups in Freire's book The Pedagogy of the Oppressed.

This is not a new phenomenon nor is the squabbling that has come about over a weird obsession with this singular, unimpressive white man novel or productive. We are, despite being within a fascist uprising, still concerning ourselves with optics, vapid identity politics, and ego over the real material harm of this man's actions because, ultimately, very few people on Era and abroad are actually against American Imperialism as a principle.

This is all just online posturing and it's fucking boring. Like how has almost no one's thinking developed in the past twelve years of Trump being a thing? How???
