If any of those characters flashed an OK sign with a wink, they'd be on the frontlines demanding Shift Up's full compliance.
They had a meltdown over Stellar Blade's "Hard R store" graffiti sign, which was purely accidental, as both "Hard" and "R Store" are both one of many randomized graffiti signs. Yet they raged as though it was an intentional racist gesture, and mods banned people who said it wasn't intentional.
I remember there were at least two different games (forget their names, although one was probably Dead by Daylight) that featured psychotic transgender murderers. And Era was among the first of terminally online leftoids to declare it "deeply transphobic", harmful to the LGBTQ+ community, "fuck this game", "X company won't get my money again", "we demand an apology", etc. etc.
They're only one step below the angry korean incels. Just on the polar opposite side of the fence.
