It is no coincidence this happened after Charlie’s martyring. I can testify firsthand he was keeping malignant forces like Fuentes at bay. In the final month of his life Charlie asked me to join him in a private, one-on-one Signal chat whose primary goal was to devise and deploy a strategy to make sure the likes Fuentes, Groypers, and other such knuckle draggers never gain a legit foothold in our movement. He was convinced they would extinct us both spiritually and politically, and God would never bless such darkness.

This chain of events is also no coincidence — our apostolic leader murdered, the demonic Democrats’ full throat embrace of Islamunist Mamdani, and the current division over Fuentes. This is the spiritual counter attack to the seeds of revival we saw at Charlie’s memorial.

Pat Buchanan was right about some things. Bill Buckley was wrong about some things. It's okay to say that. We don't always have to take on everyone's legacy whole hog. I started this way too wordy thread by inspirationally invoking Luther, without whom Western Civilization probably dies hundreds of years ago. But sadly antisemitic screeds at the end of his life are part of his legacy, too.

We have all sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. What Trump has done, maybe without even realizing it, is that he has taken the positive aspects of Buchanan's views and discarded the bad. We can keep this coalition together if we follow that example.
