I'm glad mamdani won because I don't live in NY and we'll get to see the fruits of his policies from afar

if they're good ideas well hot damn, do them elsewhere

they're not tho and the people will reap what they sow

what will suck is that they'll just blame trump/republican pushback for the reason that his policies didn't work, it was all their fault for denying him funding or whatever

 
Yup, the levelheaded take is to just see where NYC goes under his mayorship and the next election will be the big judgement of how New Yorkers are feeling about his policies. The Internet brain take is to start doom spiraling about how matcha labubu cat ladies are responsible for 9/11-2.
