It's a 'motion' in the sense that it is the topic for debate at their debate club - it carries about as much weight as a Model U.N.
Reiterating that the Torygraph is just the Daily Mail for poshes.
It literally ran back to back op-eds in the last week about any tax increases betraying our hard working underpaid teachers and nurses, and a follow up op-ed on if we have so much debt why are we spending our public money on stupid greedy teachers and nurses instead of tax breaks.
In their defence, that's what I want to see from a newspaper. Balance and allowing contributors to present both sides of an argument. If every opinion piece has the same opinion, then that's not exactly unbiased is it?
