I have to imagine that LGB people also think that furries are fucking weirdos.

They desperately push the idea that their fetish is actually a kind of sexuality, because the LGB community worked their asses off over decades and now (thankfully), most developed societies understand that discrimination based on sexuality is wrong.

A large amount of the work LGB community did was showing people that they were just like everyone else, pushing back on the idea that LGB = sexual deviant. Then weirdo furries come along and say “yeah! We are proud about our fetish just like all the LGBTs and if you don’t like it you are a bigot”.
