The "far-right" party is only one seat bigger than both GREEN LEFT and Liberals. I imagine they're confusing this with the Dutch?
Spain: Social Democrats second largest party in parliament, is current government, traditional conservative party is largest party. The "far-right" party is only marginally bigger than the far-left party that's part of the government. Maybe they're talking about Franco?
UK: I guess they mean because Farage is projected to win the next election currently but the center-left party has a dominant majority and doesn't need to call an election until 2029.
France: Le Pen is in prison and disqualified for the next election. The left and center coalitions are the dominant ones.
Germany: Grand Coalition, the parties still refuse to cooperate with AfD.
Italy: I suppose this technically counts but as one of the replies points out, they already had Berlusconi for years. (And their populist revolt party led by a comedian is kind of dying off.)
