I don't know whether it was this daycare they're talking about in this clip but what's been shared around is a business card saying 7 AM to 10 PM, and he says he came at 11 AM which is within those hours

they SHOULD be able to answer the phone at any time (how can parents contact their children in an emergency?) and there SHOULD be a reception (how does anyone even enroll their kids or get a tour to make sure it's a good establishment?)

so what the fuck am I missing?
