The strange thing about Pokemon is that across the board Nintendo games have greatly improved.
Better graphics, bigger production values, better gameplay in most cases and their games being more rewarding and difficult overall.
But somehow objectively worse Pokemon games keep setting higher sales records, it makes no sense.
Especially because Switch has so many great RPGs that this isn't your only option like it sometimes used to be on Nintendo systems.
I guess The Pokemon Company doesn't understand it either so they just keep pumping out more buggy and ugly games because why change a winning formula.
