I get that somebody being named somewhere in the epstein files is very suspicious and if there's even a 1% chance that someone is a pedophile we have to take it as an absolute certainty

but isn't there a possibility that epstein surrounded himself with all sorts of people from all walks of life, even including totally innocuous visits to the island where nothing untoward occurred, just to further make sure he'd be well-insulated and defended should anything happen, because all those innocent people would be motivated to convince others that they're not pedos just because they happened to be in proximity to the guy once
