I find it curious that when Alan Cumming was on stage this guy shouted the f-word and when a black man was on stage it was the n-word.

But why?  The fact that the insults seem to "match" the individuals is just because the mind is hyper-aware of what is taboo or shocking in that specific context. It isn't because he’s directing it at them personally.  It's a horrible condition - My friend had a doctor growing up that had the coprolalia and he would say the most heinous, awful shit, and my friend would tell us about it and we'd all laugh...but in hindsight, imagine how horrible it would be to go through med school and find work at a hospital and want to be taken seriously as a professional among your peers and patients and you have to deal with this.  People just have to be more understanding of what's really happening.
