today I drove behind car that had in their back window a piece of stationery with a big message written in sharpie on it

it said:

"Hello!"
If you can read this,
"You're too close!"
Back off, please!

I gladly obeyed completely, because clearly this person is completely unhinged, with the boomer quotation marks and the underlining

almost a certainty that they're in the beginning stages of dementia, have been in numerous accidents recently, and don't want to admit to themselves that they should no longer be driving
