The Latina part of the tweet is irrelevant. You just have to be incredibly lame to think that "a look" from a "cocky teenager" could destroy anyone's ego. He loves this silly image of a cartoon duck with a smug face so much he is encouraging others to look at it and feel the same way, but they don't, because they aren't a lame man-child like he is.

Also, if there is nothing sexual about the original tweet, and the tweet highlighting it doesn't claim it's sexual, and your first response is to claim "IT'S NOT EVEN SEXUAL!", then for you, it's definitely sexual, and legally, you are a pedophile.
