Quite literally enforced segregation.

 

I hate this fucking country, and I hate cis people for downplaying our concerns every fucking time

 

Even if this were performative, it's going to induce terror. Any trans folk, whether they present or pass or otherwise, are going to be rightfully terrified from going to the bathroom outside their own home, because it means being scrutinised and investigated and preyed upon at best, and physical and/or sexual abuse and jail time at worst.

Being outlawed from using the bathroom is segregation.

 

After stealing all of the rights and complaints of women, now they're trying to claim words like segregation! 

Time for the BCT, if it hasn't been completely buck broken, to rise up and reclaim the throne.
