the effectiveness of the no kings protests and who/what is behind the branding of the protests aside. it's better to have large organized groups protesting the current administration idiots than to not have anyone protesting.
probably more effective if everyone were to show up at the same city (probably D.C.) all at the same time.
the protests featuring democrats who don't really oppose things like ice, or war in the middle-east is a downer. the democrats are more anti-trump/anti-republican than they are anti-trump/republican policy. we know they aren't against war with iran, they're just against the dumb way it's being conducted and it's pretty much the same with anything else. ice and the detention camps did not shutdown with biden in the white house and the idea that the democrats want to but can't is silly.
things are only going to change because of how bad the war is going. iran can fall, but the amount of damage that's going to be done by the end of the war will be to a degree that everything going back to "normal" won't be happening anytime soon.
war becoming bad for business is exactly what is needed. short term pain, long term gain
