BUT at the same time I think that the Wizarding World is without a doubt one of the most successful IPs ever, one of the biggest and strongest. Fantastic Beast 2 and 3 didn't make as much money as Warner wanted but people keep streaming and buying the movies and the books, going to the theme parks and studio tour, buying a shit ton of merch, Hogwart's Legacy has sold like more than 40 millions units. My Instagram Stories feed was FULL on people posting the trailer or reacting to it, I saw a lot of people online telling stories of watchng the trailers with their children and feeling emotional because they are sharing this with them.

It is unfortunate that this will only give more money and power to JK, but I think that for most people, including the actors, the Wizarding World in infinitely bigger than whatever she says or do.

Most of the people that love the IP either don't know or don't care about what she says and do, their love for the IP is above and beyond that, some of them won't ever think there is anything wrong to enjoy something they have been loving for most of their lives, or even all their lives, they may not agree with her, but they love what she wrote.

It's almost like the popularity is part of the problem. I don't know why people feel a need to remind us, the people who are directly affected by it, how popular it is or how little people care. We're acutely aware. This isn't the thread for it.
