That Elon thread is about all you need to see to know that when people on Era talk about someone being "held accountable" for something they mean the police burying them under the jail. Social media has paid out millions, maybe billions, in fines to states, multiple states ban countless numbers of social media sites, multiple states have even brought criminal charges against platform owners before, Era itself had a massive thread bitching about Democrats banning TikTok in order to cover up the genocide, but from that thread, and B-Dubs especially, you'd think this is the first time anyone has ever attempted to hold a platform "accountable" in history because they think Elon is going to wind up in prison.
