your missing the point. if we did actually take the hypothetical it renders the question pointless because it fundamentally changes how we define an individual human and “being qualified”.

yeah maybe if people were blank slates from birth shaped solely by their environments then DEI would make sense! but they’re not, so it doesn’t.
