Kinda sad though, by all accounts Assassins Creed Shadows and Star Wars Outlaws (after some patches) are considered pretty good games but that's no longer enough to make a difference. I don't see how they can stop burning through cash either. French labour laws make it very difficult to orchestrate mass lay offs and such. Current market conditions do not look favorable for a quick turn around. Maybe they can put together a slate of Switch 2 ports.
Pretty wild that when Ubisoft management consisted of alleged sex offenders it was most succesful. Sure they had bullshots and such but by and large projects like Watch Dogs and The Division were all revolutionary games in their own right. Now they struggle with remakes and remasters of their own games.
