Dioecious (/daɪˈiːʃəs/) describes a species in which individual organisms are strictly either male or female. In biology, this means reproductive organs and gametes are separated into distinct "two houses" rather than combined within the same individual.

And since sex and gender being distinct and separate is a common piece of anti-trans misinformation (ignore Bernie at the top of the screenshot), I guess we just have to accept that there are only two genders in humans and it's entirely biologically based. I don't make the rules, Sobekhotep (who I've seen in the replies of Era people lol) does.
