Marketing budget approved.

First thing in the morning the boss told me to increase the budget.
The COO said he wants to increase it more if this works but doesn’t want to tell me yet.



The boss hasn't gone on vacation in a while and I straight up told him that nothing he did made any significant difference or couldn't have been done later.

The staff is beyond confused. I've suspended my management duties but I have more control than ever. They speak to the COO he tells everything to me, I make the decisions.
