BTW, credible sources in leadership roles in SF tell me there was "severe lack of coordination" by the .@SFPD throughout the Trans March

"SFPD couldn't even manage the front of the March ... streets like Church weren't even closed off. SFPD wasn't communicating with March leaders & vols"

THOUSANDS of constituents of @mattdorseysf were at the March and subjected to awful police conduct (violence, aggression, escalation, and lack of coordination and communication throughout the March)

Supposedly NO supe is closer to SFPD than @mattdorseysf ... BUT #MAGA MATT CLEARLY DID NOTHING BEFORE DURING OR AFTER THE MARCH TO PROTECT, CARE FOR, OR SERVE HIS CONSTITUENTS OR THE ALL OF OUR LOVELY LIFE AFFIRMING WONDERFUL TRANS NEIGHBORS, FRIENDS, FAM, LOVED ONES FROM ALL OVER SF, CA, THE US, AND WORLD MARCHING YESTERDAY!!

The lack of leadership  from .@mattdorsey is as typical as it is #deplorable

There was NO physical threat to Wiener

And as a former campaign staff person, it's curious Wiener had nobody with him. I've also NEVER seen Wiener unattended at a public civic event

Was he trying to get the jeers he received to justify his political tone policing statement?

For a guy who talks shit about wanting to debate, he NEVER engages his constituents who are critical of him in public

He gives people the SILENT TREATMENT (which is an emotionally abusive tactic used by those with more power in a dynamic) ... then weaponizes the reaction to his hostile and DISRESPECTFUL silent treatment

Wiener instigated this interaction. (Dimitry was very deferential to start)

Scott knows what he's doing when he gives people the Silent Treatment. (It's a favorite of any master manipulator)

He let's people know they aren't worthy of a response, then cries wolf about "hate"

SF knows exactly who Wiener is, but go ahead and tell yourself whatever you need to cope

.@Scott_Wiener's strategic use of the Silent Treatment is meant to antagonize

It's a non-verbal "fuckyou" to his constituents and everybody affected by his policies

And it's even more hypocritical of Wiener since he just pulled a "debate me coward" publicity stunt against Connie Chan

A leader and someone with emotional maturity could have easily engaged in a conversation with Dimitry as the interaction began ... defusing both Dimitry & the growing number of people who came over

Instead, Scott non-verbally communicated to Dimitry and those who came over that they weren't worth talking to. That's wildly disrespectful of Wiener.

Lastly ... I've NEVER seen Wiener unstaffed at an event like this. And I can't imagine his campaign allowing him to attend without a staffer to take names, give lit, hold a sign, get the candidate water/snack, etc

Seems to me Wiener & the likes of .@JoeArellano decided to antagonize folks as a pretense for their little statement, plus the performative tone policing pronouncement of the .@CASenateDems

Wiener clearly gives the Silent Treatment (a tactic so often used to intentionally antagonize another person)

The interaction starts deferentially. Nothing prevents Wiener from speaking about his positions. (After all, he claims to reject AIPAC and believe Israel's slaughter & starvation of Palestinians in Gaza is a genocide)

But Wiener opts for an obstinate wall of silence instead.

I think it's a non-verbal "Get Lost" to his constituents & everybody affected by his policies. (All the more hypocritical since he just pulled a "debate me coward" stunt on Connie Chan)

The person filming and questioning Wiener did not start off confrontationally, and actually praised Wiener's work for our trans fam

Dimitry is a very good person, but Scott chose to act as if Dimitry didn't exist

Scott knew he would attract ire, and it's telling that first thing on Saturday AM political elites had statements ready to go. Almost like .@JoeArellano had his friends in Sacramento and on the #billionaire Mayor's team lined up

Speaking of rapid response, has the .@calgbt made a statement about the mobilizing 100 cops to stop spray painting vandalism while failing to prevent a car & 2 motorcycles from driving thru the parade?

Don't try to flip it and portray poor, powerless, marginalized folx with no power intimidated one of the most powerful and well-funded political leaders in the biggest, greatest state in the country
