What's fascinating to me is that Hamas and Hezbollah divulged the information voluntarily. Like they weren't quite up to date what scenario makes them look better. Or they think it would be a greater insult to hide that they were fighters, who knows

Maybe they don't get their 1000 virgins if their followers don't know about their martyrdom?
