Did you find a portal back to 2014?

It sounds like an absolute mess. 6 locations each with their own culture, projects and clients that need to start working together. 
The 40 engineers I would primarily manage mostly operate remotely.

But for 150k a year I'm going to take that call and see what happens could be my lucky break or opens the door to more of these empty seats.

You were right boss I'm not as good as I think they just put me in a random empty executive seat for 150k a year

Send a nice application to the corpo also though, that's probably more in the ~75k - 90k range but still serious money and a very good upgrade. I think that's more doable but we'll see. I like how this is developing. Opportunities keep piling up.
