The current centers of knowledge located in Paris, London, Amsterdam. And New York; need to be replaced by new centers in Istanbul, Jakarta, Addis Abbaba, Rabat, Cairo, and Gaza.

1. They did this once and lost it for some completely unknown reason.
2. lmao at throwing Gaza in there when nobody had ever wanted to live there before the 20th Century and the British ran it. (Like most of Israel/Palestine.)
3. Rabat also wasn't really a city until French colonization made it the capital, it was basically a fancy fort until then. That's why the pirates hung out there.
