Wilson was an Anglophile and like the bulk of the Progressives believed that participating in war was good for the nation's Soul. He was eager to get into the war and deliberately framed events to justify it.
I don't even understand what this "plot" is supposed to accomplish for the Zios. It's so weird how they eat up Weimar era propaganda without realizing that it was written for Germans, nobody else is going to understand the point of trying to defend the German Empire as if it was the only thing standing in the way of Zio hegemony over the planet.
I actually don't even know, was the German Empire opposed to the Zionist project and its interest in settling in the Middle East? Or would it have been totally happy to ship the Zios there when the Ottomans eventually collapsed? I feel this is incredibly plausible rather than something they would have tried to stop.
