There is two gambles that need to pay off.

Winning the war against Iran which will instantly lower oil prices and such
Tangible results from the AI investments which will increase investment further

I would say the odds are 50/50. Nvidia posted another huge quarter. 
Billions are being poured into venture funded AI start-ups globally.
