Warn's the only actual extra button we get on the posts themselves, though edit and delete are not on other people's for you guys:

There's another button "PURGE" that appears on accounts the forum thinks could potentially be spambots, I've seen it on a few people in the shitbin thread when they make their first posts and haven't added an avatar or anything yet. So if you're intending on spamming the forum, pretend to be a normal user first and we can't PURGE you. I should edit the template for the confirmation page so it says "BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD?" instead of "are you sure" or whatever it asks now.
I haven't deleted anybody's posts except my own, I have edited a few posts to shrink images or fix tags like Twitter embeds before people figured that out. The consent violation troubles me so I always put an edit reason.
