you go to the talk page and it's just filled with countless people saying "this is incorrect, here are sources that confirm it, can we fix this?" with jannies saying "as per rule 843-A paragraph 3, you just performed original research which means we can't trust your source, which (as established in notice 801-C) is to be considered biased and unusable for citation anyway"
and then the broader internet including google and microsoft promote and cite the wikipedia page as truth
