The gaming industry is on fire anyway. So I would tell the companies to CLEAN HOUSE and get rid of these STONE COLD CRAZY PEOPLE while they still can 
Monolith Software, Hideo Kojima and Square Enix have done more for the alphabet people than any western developer ever did.
It's all
- written terribly
- designed ugly
- buggy as hell
- monetized to hell and back
Meanwhile Japanese games do it right and have done it right for decades:
