The last regional power that gave up their nuclear weapons is Ukraine. As a result they no longer live under the threat of nuclear war but enjoy peaceful and happy lives. Instead of nuclear weapons they are safeguarded by an agreement signed between France, United Kingdom, United States and Russia to ensure its borders are never violated. This woman is very smart and knows nuclear weapons will not keep you safe unlike your cowboy Presidents.
  

Libya also gave up its nuclear weapons program after the invasion of Iraq. Muhammar Gadaffi was welcomed by the international community with open arms and invited to speak at the UN. The Libyan people can now safely walk the streets without having to fear nuclear weapons as they go and pick up Muhammars latest edition of the Green Book.
