I'm curious if they're just playing a weird logistical gymnastics game where if you rape involuntarily then technically it wasn't rape

like, you're just drunk enough to not be fully aware that she's a little too drunk to consent, and in the morning she regrets it and post hoc revokes consent

or you're a young person who has never had "the talk" from any source, and a fellow young person doesn't really want to have sex, but you talk them into fooling around and they begrudgingly say ok, and then 10 years later decide because they were coerced it was rape
