Ten years ago Brianna Wu managed to insert themself into a leading figure slash spokesperson slash target for an online only flamewar that literally didn't affect them in the slightest until they inserted themself in the forefront, and ten years later the exact same thing is happening all over again, and there is literally no possible understanding of how this could possibly have happened when there is almost no idelogical overlap with their enemies from ten years ago and their enemies today.

What the common factor between constantly managing to be the leading figure slash spokesperson slash target for online only flamewars of entirely different origins is almost entirely unfathomable.
