tbh one of the moments I realized was racist (or culturist?) was noticing which people openly had speakerphone conversations on public transit.

Not necessarily a rich thing. Once I was in business class and the Chinese guy next to me was having a loud conversation on speakerphone when the cabin was pitch dark. It is what it is. Which is annoying, but I don’t think it’s malicious.
