Perhaps you're right. It's just so odd because there has always been a focus on fitness for many black dudes. Lot of us play sports, are active outside, lift weights, gym culture, etc. I'd say the same of white guys, who obviously value fitness too. IIRC black women are one of the demographics least likely to exercise consistently and they also have some of the worst rates for heart disease and obesity. Whenever I see any attacks on fitness, gym culture, healthy eating, etc it's coming from either an obese black woman or an obese white woman.
I get that skinny people can be unhealthy but if you can't sit on the toilet without putting significant strain on your heart...you aren't healthy at all and need to lose weight. This should be treated the same way we treat smoking. It's a massive health risk.
