The agenda is to make everything as lame and gay as possible to make it the norm 
They have powerpoint slides at GDC to explain exactly what is and what isn't 'appropriate' by the censors and what message you should push.
All these companies are basically forced/blackmailed to hire diversity and equality consultants who then fuck up their games.
