It's really garbled, swapping between tenses, uses 'I' to mean me in the future and 'you' to mean me, now. Very surreal experience.
As an example of the garble, the last line is:
I've got a really strong feeling I'm going to thank yourself for it twenty years from now
The Tories are really, really desperate.
