I'm the last person to believe in conspiracy bullshit, but the colossal lapses in law enforcement are mind-boggling. Either there was some kind of conspiracy or some people need to be prosecuted for dereliction of duty resulting in death. The kind of negligence I'm seeing is criminal for somebody in that kind of position.

When I was a correctional officer I worked on a Tactical Support Unit. It was basically a prison SWAT team. We were like at the bottom rung of law enforcement and we could have done a better job.
