I don't know how I arrived at this. I've become aware of a movie based on a manga called Heibon Punch, and well, I'll post the synopses

Aki Mashima is a tubby 30-year-old indie movie director who meets a young actress named Mika, whose small breasts conform to his ideal image of the female form—even though she dreams of getting gigantic implants someday. She also finds herself attracted to him because she has a preference for fat, weird-looking guys. Unfortunately for her, whenever he feels himself falling for her, he magically transforms into a handsome man whom she finds repulsive. When Mika murders a rival idol, the unlikely couple go on the run, and Aki takes the opportunity to turn their adventure into a movie.

Writer of the manga is a lady writing under the pen name George, writing primarily for teenage girls.
