"somebody who grew up like you, knows you, went to college with you"
voting for someone "like you" is so shallow, yes it could inform their decision-making process but I care more about what actual stated plans are and what practical actions they've taken
there are plenty of people who grew up like me and are utter assholes and morons
"and achieves the second highest office in the land"
she didn't "achieve" that, dems were primed to win after trump and she was chosen strategically, there was no consideration that she would actually be the most effective person in that role
