The one about the hitman is also wrong, it's hiring the hitman and him killing someone that's the crime, just talking to a hitman or hiring a hitman to listen to you complain is not a crime. Either the person and everyone who liked that think it's illegal to talk to criminals or they think hitman just blindly kill anyone you mention.
