Well, it's true. Meaningless and tautological, if it's protected speech it's not a crime, but true. Three of the top replies are some variation on "freedom of speech doesn't mean freedom from consequences" when in fact this is what the First Amendment does mean regarding legal consequences. The one about the hitman is also wrong, it's hiring the hitman and him killing someone that's the crime, just talking to a hitman or hiring a hitman to listen to you complain is not a crime. Either the person and everyone who liked that think it's illegal to talk to criminals or they think hitman just blindly kill anyone you mention.
