I think its pretty telling about 'narratives' how inconceivable it is to people that immigrants who jumped through all of the hoops and bureaucracy to legitimately gain citizenship aren't automatically huge fans of people who skipped all that process and are going for the exact same entry level jobs, and that those same people who earned that citizenship via the official channels also didn't immediately backdoor their entire clan into the country on fraudulent visas.

Like, those are some pretty fucking racist assumptions being made about the 'community' and how law abiding they are in general.
