No, because Texas is not a Sanctuary state. Texas bussed these people to sanctuary states. Places welcoming of the migrant influx. Texas was also not for the Biden/Harris polices that created this mess and the lack of vetting migrants. This is all on the democrat party and sanctuary states/cities. Not to mention all the times lawfare was used against Texas for trying to defend it's border.

Edit: Athens, Ga, where the murder took place, gets some blame too as they are in Clarke County, which has sanctuary policies.
