Their entire existence is about finding everything that results from natural difference to be some cosmic moral injustice that someone somewhere has done deliberately out of nefarious purpose. Especially if they can imagine it being done to themselves.

Harrison Bergeron is essentially their imagined ideal world, except for the part where it would happen to them too. That's what would be unfair, not the intent behind such a system.
