I'm a 70s kid too so I'm all for big engined wagons, but that's a nearly 20 year old hoodlum car. You will wanna make sure the previous owner wasn't a hoodlum or at least looked after it before dropping that much on it. 

I dunno, I like cars (especially big dumb ones) but I'm not a "car guy" so my opinion may not be valuable here. What else can you get in the same price range?
