This is the entire non-sequitur that has been frustrating. That I have only been rejecting reasoning because I don't understand why the ignorant are reasoning the way they are. It's possible to entirely understand some reasoning and reject the reasoning nonetheless. Reiterating that reasoning over and over at me is not going to convince me it's not wrong.

At no point have I been "baffled" or "confused" at the response, it is exactly as I would have predicted had you asked it hypothetically before hand.
