I would say this isn't quite the same forum it used to be, I feel like more people would align with you than before

brief history is that the two factions were original gaf expats, and then the 2017 resetera exodus looky-loo expats

original expats were increasingly distressed at how the majority of the activity of the forum started focusing around the GAF/ERA/other forums popcorn thread, that those users were mean and not progressive enough

there was a brief power struggle where they tried to get the thread shut down and/or nintex/filler banned, but eventually they all retreated to a secret discord to hugbox forever

then the forum started falling apart at the seams and demi said he wasn't going to keep limping it along, so benji made this forum, but then demi decided to keep limping along old bore anyway, so there are sort of two

I don't think I can definitively say if this forum leans liberal or conservative but it's largely focused on watching the neverending cringe fest TV show that is resetera

Meanwhile the Democrats trot out Mark Hamill and Robert De Niro along with Obama and Bill Clinton and leave surrogates that could actually drum up support like AOC and Fetterman mostly on the bench. They snub Joe Rogan to go on The View and probably don't even know Hawk Tuah girl exists. Next they show young male voters what a real man looks like, they send Tim Walz on a pheasant hunt and let Bernie Sanders of all people talk to a VTuber. They clearly had no idea who Kill Tony was. Next they reach out to the original The Avengers to do a cringe ad with the tagline: "Down with Democracy". Followed by the release of a Fortnite map a game mostly played by children who can't vote.

As their final master stroke they shoot an ad that shows a 'nuclear family' husband and wife where the wife 'rebels' in the privacy of the voting booth by not voting for Trump as if it is 1960.

As MSNBC said, truely a flawless campaign with the small pricetag of $1 billion.

As someone in the _____ florida region. I honestly thought these people i dealt with day in and day out weren't assholes, and I saw a modicum of growth from generation to generation.

In that framework, the Dems being the oligarchy, they will go back to the drawing board not to assess failures but to strengthen forces to extend the oligarchy adaptation. I don't think they yet know how to do that.

They let their blindrs go and democracy accidentally happaned in 2016. In 2020, they made sure that wouldn't happen again, but the eventual backlash happened now. 

It is not in that groups' nature to asses failings upon themselves. The viewpoint is biased towards finding failings in the subjugated.
