I always thought that Trump winning 2020 would be the best case scenario for the Democrats.

Trump would've been busy cleaning up after COVID and trying to get the economy back on track but we likely wouldn't have out of control inflation or the wars in Ukraine and Israel. 
Not to mention he wouldn't have been able to purge the GOP of RINOs and neocons as effectively because he relied on their support.
In addition he'd have to cut deals with Democrats in Congress and the Senate to reduce protests and riots and he would be fully blamed for everything that went wrong during COVID.

By 2024 winning with a thin EV margin in 2020 would've cemented his reign as mediocre Republican president, not the anti-establishment hero that was right all along and got derailed and undermined by the state apparatus and Republican party. Elon Musk and Joe Rogan would likely be on the other side of the fence celebrating a Gavin Newsom win against Pence/Rubio. The Republicans would've identified Trump "not being conservative enough" as their most important weakness.

Vivek Ramaswamy would be my top pick for the epic dismantling of the MSM. There are probably better places for him but damn he would be worth watching.
Scott Jennings would be great but is probably better off at CNN trolling Van Jones.
Peter Doocy would be a fun twist but he is too nice.
Karoline Leavitt will probably get the role as she worked under Kayleigh McEnany and can more than hold her own.

Safe to say any of them would be miles better than KJP.
