The new Suno is ridiculously good.  Favorite thing to do is upload a song and create different styles of it.  It is amazing at remixes.  (pitch it down in audacity if it doesn't accept it due to copyright - the downpitch never affects the final remix)  I think AI music has been straight garbo up until this point - it just makes banger after banger now.

Here is Bubbleman's stage from MegaMan 2 remixed as hip-hop with Atmosphere's Trying to Find a balance lyrics.

that weird slight fuzziness it used to have like it couldn't quite decide what was a voice or an instrument is greatly reduced

I don't hear enough bubbleman in it which makes me sad tho  EDIT: there's more there than I remembered, but I was listening for that strong high part of the song after 20 seconds in the NES original

(are you Froggo DeChrono considering you posted it at basically the same time it was uploaded Thinking )

(and the other video is a nepenthe speech lol )

always wanted to hear these two mixed since they're already so similar

I can adjust the slider to

You can adjust the slider to retain more of the source song it's covering- I think I had it at less than 50%.  I'll make a stronger version when I can get back on my PC.  Theres also now a "weirdness" bar that is a lot of fun too.  Yes froggodechrono is my throwaway account.

Unfortunately you can't mix the audio of two songs together...you can create one new song in a totally new style that you can describe with a prompt.  I'll try to make something with this though!

Yup it's fantastic and cheap, I got it for a full year.

I'm going to open a YouTube channel with AI music as a side hustle.

If you stick to covers and remixes I think it could work because there's novelty in that.  People like hearing music they already know be presented in new ways.. but new AI music in general has really no demand, imo, no matter how good it comes out.  It's hard to get people to care about music made by automation.   But I'm open to being wrong about that.

you might be surprised, a lot of it comes up randomly for people on spotify or youtube and gets legit likes and views for being good background/study music

I legit enjoy this one that came across my feed and it's even 7 months old, made on some older algorithm

I have a couple of ideas

- scrape most popular youtube searches -> automatically create AI lyrics -> create music with suno -> publish

- scrape current events -> automatically create AI lyrics -> create music with suno -> publish (i.e. charlie kirk gets shot -> Charlie Kirk tribute -> $$$)

Others include 'educational' songs for expats, i.e. English songs about Dutch heroes, historical figures, battles, events and culture, videogame tributes (consoles, games, creators), movie tributes (directors, movies, actors) etc. . The expats I dated had no clue about Dutch culture and integration only focused on the language and customs. No one reads, 3 hour podcasts take too long. We're going back to the story telling of old. Through songs and ballads. When Sora 2 is available here as a web thing I can include footage of the actual events.

A lot of history is very local, as in town based. Last week my office was closed because the city celebrated liberation from the Spaniards by William of Orange. In my town we have folklore about the Vikings who beheaded a missionary and became a saint.

I might just launch a bunch of channels to see what sticks.

Maybe even kids music too.

Considered that too but kids content is trickier with all the rules.
