The 2nd tried to hide in a bush in an area patrolled by helicopters. Now this one who tried to dash past a bunch of guards carrying a shotgun. These are not serious people.

Andrew Jackson, James Garfield and Teddy Roosevelt were all shot by someone walking up to them and shooting. Jackson survived because the gun misfired (twice) and he beat the guy with his cane. Teddy survived because the speech in his coat pocket was so fucking thick it slowed the bullet. Garfield might have survived but the pre-hygiene doctors stuck their hands in him looking for the bullet multiple times.

So... this is farewell DK Community....

Not to delve on details, there's been going on certain things on the boards that no longer make me comfortable in this place and I'll be requesting a ban shortly.. But I want to thank everyone for giving me this space to geek out about one of my favorite franchises. I don't have any replacement for this particular corner of the internet and I genuinely will truly miss this.

But if anyone still wants me to see ramble to the walls, you'd probably still find me active on BlueSky (as long that site lasts, I suppose).
